Working with Your Team — Without the Chaos

When Team Features Make Sense

If it's just you using K2V, you don't really need team features. But the moment you have 2+ people creating links, things can get messy fast. Who's responsible for what? Who accidentally deleted that important link?

That's where team management helps.

Understanding Roles

We keep it simple with three levels:

Admin — The boss. Can do everything: manage billing, create and delete links, invite people. Usually 1-2 people per team.

Creator — The doers. Can create and edit links, view analytics. Can't delete things or change billing. Perfect for most team members.

Viewer — The observers. Can see links and analytics but can't change anything. Great for interns, contractors, or managers who just need to check numbers.

Inviting Someone

  1. Go to Team Settings
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter their email
  4. Pick their role
  5. Send the invite

Organizing by Channel

One of our favorite features: separate teams for different channels. Social media team, email team, paid ads team — each sees only their own links. Keeps everything clean and organized.
