These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of K2V URL shortening service available at https://k2v.pro ("Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service

Our URL shortening service allows you to create shortened URLs for easier sharing. The following guidelines apply to your use of K2V:

  • You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You are responsible for all content shared through URLs that you shorten using our Service.
  • You may not use the Service to distribute malware, phishing links, spam, or any illegal content.
  • You may not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or disrupt its functionality.

2. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use our Service to shorten URLs that link to content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights
  • Contains software viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of computer software or hardware
  • Is used for phishing, identity theft, or other fraudulent purposes
  • Promotes pyramid schemes, chain letters, or disruptive commercial messages
  • Involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing

We reserve the right to disable any shortened URL and terminate service to any user who violates these conditions.

3. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

4. User Accounts

Some features of our Service may require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of K2V and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of K2V.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

K2V does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall K2V, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless K2V and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
